Hormone Replacement Therapy
Personalized bioidentical hormone therapy for women experiencing symptoms related to changing or declining hormone levels.
-
Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, or HRT, uses hormones that are chemically identical to hormones produced naturally by the body. Elevate offers bioidentical hormone options and does not prescribe synthetic hormones.
Treatment may include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone based on each patient’s symptoms, lab results, health history, treatment goals, and clinical needs.
Changing hormone levels can significantly affect quality of life. Symptoms may include hot flashes, sleep concerns, mood changes, fatigue, vaginal dryness, low sexual desire, and changes in how you feel and function.
The goal of HRT is to help relieve appropriate hormone-related symptoms and support your overall quality of life through an individualized treatment plan.

Hormone Therapy Options
Your treatment plan will be determined after reviewing your symptoms, health history, lab results, goals, and individual risk factors. Elevate only prescribes bioidentical hormone formulations.
Estradiol Patches
Estradiol patches deliver estrogen through the skin and may be recommended as part of an individualized hormone replacement therapy plan.
Progesterone
Progesterone may be included in a hormone therapy plan based on your symptoms, health history, and other medications prescribed.
Testosterone Cream
Topical testosterone may be recommended when clinically appropriate to help address symptoms related to low testosterone levels.
Hormone Pellet Therapy
Hormone pellets are customized with estrogen and/or testosterone based on your needs. Placed beneath the skin, they gradually release consistent hormone levels for approximately three to six months.
What to Expect
Complete Your Labs
Begin with appropriate lab testing and baseline health information. In-office assessments may also include vital signs, measurements, and a body composition scan.
Review Your Results
Meet with your provider to discuss your lab results, health history, symptoms, and goals. Together, you will create a personalized plan of care.
Begin Your Treatment
Once your treatment plan is established, medication will be ordered. You will receive guidance to help you understand your plan and get started confidently.
Track Your Progress
Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled every three months, with lab testing typically completed twice per year or as needed. Your provider will monitor your response and make adjustments when appropriate.
Using Insurance for Labs: Elevate can provide an outside lab order for patients who prefer to use insurance. The lab will bill your insurance directly, and coverage cannot be guaranteed. Telehealth patients will receive instructions for completing required labs before their consultation.
Feel Like Yourself Again
You do not have to accept fatigue, mood changes, disrupted sleep, weight changes, low sex drive, or other symptoms of hormone imbalance as your new normal.
Schedule an appointment with Elevate Health and Hormone Clinic for a comprehensive hormone evaluation, and determine whether hormone replacement therapy may be right for you.
